Every booking carries its cost and whether it’s been paid. Filter to unpaid, or open Reports for spend by trader, by trade and by month.

Booked isn’t confirmed. Text them.

A trade booked in the next few days that the trader hasn’t confirmed is flagged. Remind sends the message with the details already in.

What's the difference between waiting, booked and confirmed?
Waiting means the job needs that trade but nobody's booked. Booked means you've booked someone. Confirmed means they've said yes. Most firms only track the middle one, which is why traders don't turn up.
How do I chase the ones who haven't confirmed?
Anything booked in the next few days and still unconfirmed is called out at the top of the list. Hit Remind and it texts the trader with the trade, the address and the date already in.
What if I double-book a trader?
The same trader on two jobs the same day gets a red Clash tag on both, so it surfaces when you're looking at the list rather than at half seven on the morning.
How much are we spending with each trader?
Reports breaks it down by trader, by trade and by month, so you can see who you spend most with and what the seasonal shape looks like.
