Multi-day bookings sit across the days they cover, so a four-day install reads as four days rather than one entry and a note.
How far ahead can I see?
Day, week, two weeks, three weeks or months. Short views for dispatching today, long ones for seeing whether the next fortnight is actually full.
What about a job where the parts haven't arrived?
The tray shows job status, including parts needed, so you're not booking a fitting for something that hasn't landed at the depot.
What if the customer moves the date?
Drag it to the new day. The job record moves with it, so the paperwork doesn't need touching.
Are holidays on the same calendar?
Yes. Holidays sit alongside installs, surveys and trade bookings, so booking a fitting on the week someone's off is visible at the point of booking rather than the night before.
